DONATIONS
In Ontario, all school trustees are paid a fixed salary of $9000 per year. We must pay for any election expenses out of our own pockets with no government, corporate or party reimbursement.
If you would like to donate to my election campaign you have my sincerest thanks.
a) You can send an Interac e-Transfer to my
email address:
If you've never sent an e-Transfer before, just log into your bank account online and look for the appropriate section. It's very fast and easy. In the process of completing the e-Transfer you will need to create a security question. After you send me the e-Transfer, email me again at the same address above with the answer to the security question you created.
OR
b) If you live in Waterloo Region, you can write a personal cheque to "Campaign of Conrad Stanley". If you'd like to do this, send me an email and I will drive over and pick it up from you in person.
A few more quick things to remember for any donation:
-Along with any donation, please provide your name and mailing address for my records (this is required by the Municipal Elections Act). Just send me an email with this information
-You must be a resident of the province of Ontario
-The Municipal Act limits donations from any one individual to $1200 maximum
-Municipal election donations are not eligible for tax credits
